Do I need to be at home when you clean?

It isn’t necessary for you to be there if you’re busy or would prefer not to be. If this is the case our team will need to collect a key from you beforehand so our maids can let themselves in. Many of our regular customers do this but if you prefer you can present to let our maids in.

Are Swan All Clean Ltd a pet friendly company?

Our maids are more than happy to clean your home if you have pets, although we do need a little forewarning in advance so our maids are prepared. Our Dyson vacuum cleaners are excellent at cleaning and removing animal hair from your home, meaning that cleaning up after them will be with great results.

Are you environmentally friendly?

At Swan All Clean Ltd we strive to make sure that our cleaning services are Eco-friendly, to minimise our impact on the environment and the possible use of harmful chemicals in your home. We use bag less Dyson vacuum cleaners and make sure most of our cleaning products are Eco-friendly. We strive to reuse all cloths and bottles used to clean your home or business, and recycle all materials when they can no longer be reused.

Who visits to clean my home?

A team of two or three of our maids will visit your home. All of our members of staff are trained to the highest standards, fully insured and are all very friendly. We strive to meet applicable health and safety regulations, and always try to maintain the highest standards when they come to your home.

Will the same maids visit my home each time?

We try to keep the same cleaning team to visit your home each time, for the sake of consistency, andtheir prior knowledge of your home and your requirements.

Will I be tied down to Swan All Clean Ltd?

No. As we pride ourselves on our cleaning and customer services we aim to build a long lasting relationship with our customers due to our ability to work to your needs and criteria. This means that we never tie down our customers with contracts, you’re free to use our service as long as you need it.

If I gave my keys to Swan All Clean Ltd who has access to them?

The only people who have access to your key will be the Company’s manager and our most trusted team members. We make every effort to ensure your keys safety and we don’t sign them with any address.

What will be cleaned in my house?

Our cleaning services are all fitted around you. If you require a basic cleaning service our maids will dust every surface, pictures, ornaments and any other objects, vacuuming all carpets and hard floors, wash floors, clean cupboard fronts and extensively clean kitchen and bathrooms. If you need of a more thorough cleaning service we can do Spring Cleaning or you can also include other extras in your cleaning service, such as housekeeping, ironing, oven cleaning or carpet cleaning.

What time will the cleaners visit?

We try to be as flexible as possible for our customer’s needs, although the majority of our visits are between 8.00am and 5.30pm on a Monday to Saturday. Exact timings can be set in the beginning and we try our hardest to be as accurate as possible and will let you know if our maids need to visit in different time.

How do I pay for my cleaning service?

This depends on how often our team visit you and your preferred method of payment. If you have organised a one off or occasional clean we’ll issue invoice after the cleaning. If you use our cleaning services regularly we normally issue only monthly invoice and you can pay via bank transfer, cash or cheque.

Do I have to do anything before Swan’s cleaning team arrives?

We appreciate our customers just clearing away just things as clothing or toys, as this allows our team to be able to do a better clean. But if you don’t have time, we’ll be happy to tidy away items.

What areas do you cover?

For Regular cleaning visits, Deep spring cleans, End of Tenancy cleans we cover Bicester area OX26 and most of OX25, OX27 post codes. Our Carpet cleaning service is extended even more including Brackley, Buckingham, Oxford area.  

What do I do if I need to cancel, re-arrange or make a specific request?

If you need to cancel or re-arrange please give us a call as soon as you know before our visit.

If something is broken whilst Swan's Maids team is there, what happens?

Our maids are extremely careful, but just in case anything is unfortunately broken we either replace or discount with the amount of the damaged item. We are fully insured, so you don’t need to worry about your possessions whilst our maids are working.

If I have a regular cleaning service and one falls when I’m on holiday what should I do?

If this occurs please just contact us and we’ll re-organise our visit to suit your needs.

Do I need to provide anything for the cleaners?

We supply all necessary solutions and equipment. Our maids come to your home fully equipped with Dyson vacuum cleaners and Eco-friendly products.
